Great achievements start with small steps and people who believe in their dreams. Equal opportunities for women and men in all spheres of society is one of the dreams that lays behind many projects implemented by the Romanian NGOs within our programme. The workshop on gender equality was an opportunity and a small step for all participants to learn and get inspired by our Norwegian partners on how to approach gender equality more strategically within their organization.
