To the attention of the Applicants - Clarifications regarding the Annex 2a - Project budget, Correlations+Limitations worksheet

  • For all the Calls (from #1 to #8) – In case the total value of the budget (grant + co-financing) exceeds the maximum amount allowed for the selected type of grant, please DO NOT take into account the message The maximum amount allowed for the selected type of grant you want to apply is exceeded, if all other messages are “OK”, in the Correlations+Limitations worksheet.
  • For the Call #3 and Call #5 – In case a strategic grantis selected, please DO NOT take into account the message The maximum grant amount allowed is exceeded. Please correct the budget that appears in the Correlations + Limitations worksheet, in the section "Organizational development costs". The formula from the centralizer takes into consideration a maximum 20% of organizational development costs from the total eligible project costs, which is not valid in the case of strategic grants, according to the Guidelines for Applicants for the two calls.
  • For the Call #8 – In case a large grantis selected, please DO NOT take into account the messages that appear in the Correlations + Limitations worksheet, in the sections "Framing in the nominal ceilings for the type of grant requested", "Framing in the allowed duration for the type of grant requested ”and“ Correct Selection of the Call Number”

Call #5 - Strategic support for human rights and equal treatment (round 2)

The objectives of this Call are to enforce human rights advocacy and watchdog role of NGOs on human rights and equal treatment for all, gender equality issues and combatting gender-based violence and to increase awareness of citizens on their rights, along with their capacity to identify, report and challenge discrimination, hate speech in public space, human rights violations, harmful institutional practices, as well as gaps in legislation and law enforcement.
