This time we talked to Carmen Bucșa - president of the "De Poveste" Association. She shared with us some of the results she had after going through the Impact3 programme, but also the challenges she faced.
What did you decide to give up or change about measuring and communicating impact after participating in IMPACT3?
We decided to stop saying that we are an NGO at the beginning. Now we know much better that we have impactful projects and a clear long-term direction.
What have you decided to start doing in terms of impact measurement and communication after participating in IMPACT3?
We plan to create procedures and rules for measuring project activities. This way we will be able to discuss and show our impact to all stakeholders.
What have you decided needs to continue in terms of measuring and communicating impact after participation in the programme?
We will continue to think about projects as we have done before, with responsibility and respect for everyone around us.
3 reasons why you recommend other NGOs to participate in IMPACT3?
Any NGO concerned about impact can grow by participating in the programme. Why? Because they benefit from the knowledge and advice of experienced people, they learn how to talk about the relevance of their projects and how to create a long-term strategy.
